Educator Background

With twenty-seven years of combined experience in Education and the Financial Services industries, Ercilia’s passion is helping educators, individuals, and families plan and deliver a successful retirement. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership. Her doctoral dissertation "California School Teachers: Retirement and Financial Satisfaction" is a study of the factors leading to the ability to retire early (55 years) with adequate resources.
