Ercilia has twenty-seven years of combined experience in Education and the Financial Services industries. Her passion is helping clients plan and deliver a successful retirement. Ercilia started her career at the office of Zuk and Associates in 2005 and assumed ownership of the Capitola office in 2017. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership. Her doctoral dissertation "California School Teachers: Retirement and Financial Satisfaction" is a study of the factors leading to the ability to retire early (55 years) with adequate resources.

She holds a Behavioral Finance Advisor (BFA) designation, as well as licenses for FINRA Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 with Osaic Wealth, Inc.; FINRA Series 66 with Osaic Wealth, Inc.; Long Term Care; and Life Insurance (CA Insurance License #0E55996). In her free time, Ercilia enjoys playing golf, hiking, cooking and entertaining family and friends.
